All art will be fully lined and shaded, except for reference sheets and customs which will only be fully lined. Simple and photo backgrounds are included.

Terms of Services

Last updated 20/04/2023General Information:I will NOT draw NSFW art. If you have questions about what I will and will not draw, feel free to ask me!
If you want work in progress photos of your artwork, don't be afraid to ask me! I will be happy to send the latest progress as soon as I can.
Do not try to rush me! I am a full-time university student, schoolwork and study come first over art. I will try to get your art done within a month. If you have a deadline, please tell me and I will try to make it with no guarantee.
I retain the right to refuse service to anyone.Terms of Service:By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the following Agreement.1. Commissioning Artwork
To commission artwork you must provide a clear reference image or reference sheet, exceptions apply for reference sheet and custom character commissions.2. Ownership and Use of Artwork
Upon completion of the commission, I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:
a. You may not reproduce the artwork without my written consent.
b. When publicly displaying the artwork, you must correctly credit me.
c. You agree to not upload, distribute, or otherwise use the artwork with any artificial intelligence or machine learning software or service, including but not limited to AI art generators.
d. I retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the artwork including all copyright.Violation of these restrictions may result in the termination of this license.
With this license you may not use the artwork for commercial purposes. If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, a different agreement can be written with extra charges to the artwork applying.3. Payment
You agree to pay me the full amount quoted prior to me starting work on your commission. For PayPal commissions, you agree not to file false charge backs with PayPal.4. Changes and Revisions
If I miss any markings or similar small things, I will be happy to make revisions to the drawing for you at no additional cost.
If upon seeing a work in progress photo you wish for small changes to me made, these will also be done at no additional cost to you.
If you request any large changes during or after the completion of the work that are outside the scope of original quote, I reserve the right to add additional charges for this change or revision.
I will answer any questions about what is considered a small or large change on request.5. Delivery
Upon completion of the artwork, I will deliver the artwork to you in whatever digital format that we agree upon. If the commission has a background, you will receive a version with and without the background.6. Termination and Cancellation
We both have the right to terminate this agreement with written notice. In the event of termination or cancellation of the commission requested on your behalf, you agree that I am entitled to retain amounts paid subject to the following:
a. If the commission has not yet been started, I will give a full refund to you.
b. If the commission has been started, I will retain 50% of the original payment, refunding 50% to you.
c. If the commission is almost complete, I will retain 85% of the original payment, refunding 15% to you.
If the termination is requested on my behalf, you will receive a full refund.7. Limitations of Liability
I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of the artwork.8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

Hello! I'm Frost! I'm an 20-year-old trans and non-binary anthro artist, living in Australia.
I study computer science at university.
I have been creating digital art for seven years now.
I love to play video games such as Stardew Valley and Minecraft, cook fancy dinners and desserts, watch TV and draw my characters.
I use a variety of drawing programs, most MediBang Paint Pro, Sketchbook and Krita. I draw with my Surface Laptop Studio and a Surface pen V2.
